Bayview Hill Community Park Revitalization Masterplan
Plans are underway for the revitalization of Bayview Hill Community Park located at 114 Spadina Road. We are developing a master plan that will be implemented over several phases. We have proposed two options for your review and comments. Please use the parks design comment form or email to provide all your comments and suggestion. We will be accepting comments until Sunday, September 19, 2021.
Our proposed plans provide a graphical representation of the overall design intent. They are not final and will be subject to change pending input from the public and City staff. Specific features and elements will be finalized during future phases.

Responsible Pet Ownership
Pet owners in Richmond Hill must follow our local rules and regulations to ensure pets are properly cared for, loved and a welcome part of the community. Follow local by-laws to be a responsible owner, a good neighbour and to show proper care for your pet.
Pet owners who fail to comply with by-law regulations may be ticketed and fined.
As a pet owner in Richmond Hill you must:
- Stoop and Scoop – pick up any mess made by your pet and place it in the correct waste container.
- Keep your pet on a leash whenever you are in a public area, unless you are at an official off leash dog area.
- License your dog every year and make sure they always wear a collar with the license attached.
